After meeting at the Universidad Austral de Chile in Puerto Montt, brothers Gonzalo and Pablo Santamarina, and Patricio Catálan, founded Innovex in 2007. Innovex is an aquaculture technology company dedicated to software and equipment development for fish farms. Maintaining its position as the sole Chilean company dedicated to creating surveillance systems for aquaculture, Innovex currently operates in a market where 90% of monitoring is done manually; a figure that Gonzalo and Patricio hope to reduce through their automated solutions.
