Every month, thousands of TV executives across the Americas read TodoTVMedia (TTVM) for industry insight and market analysis. Founded in 2004 by Uruguayan serial entrepreneur Sebastián Lateulade TTVM generates revenue by selling ad space to industry leaders like Disney, Warner Bros., HBO, Universal, and Televisa. Their clients look to TTVM’s magazine and online portal when promoting recently launched feature programming or making key content decisions.
Sebastián is a born salesman who dropped out of university to launch his first business. His ambition soon outgrew his small town and he moved to Montevideo to work for Canal 5. He attended South America’s largest television industry tradeshow, and was convinced he could improve upon it. In 2004 he founded “Punta TV Show”, an annual convention held in Punta del Este that hosts many of the television industry’s major players.
His idea was the address a gap he had identified in the market while working at Canal 5: poor quality television trade publications that made it difficult to get timely information on the industry’s trends in Latin America. In 2006 he invested some revenue to produce a magazine mockup,
Over the past years, TTVM has become a reference point for the industry. It delivers English and Spanish versions of its leading magazine to more than 5,000 television industry executives. To the television content producers who advertise, TTVM delivers results.
TTVM seeks to become the platform every decision maker in the industry turns to when deciding what goes on television.
