EAT offers four distinct themed restaurant brands in eleven locations across Jordan and Bahrain. The family-focused, alcohol-free EAT restaurants offer Italian, Asian, or modern Arab cuisine in thoughtfully decorated environments – and they stand out from typical traditional Jordanian casual dining experiences. Each location uses creative dishes and elaborately themed décor for under US$20 per customer.
Unlike foreign restaurant chain competitors, EAT attracts local consumers by sourcing ingredients locally to maintain quality and consistency. All ingredients are prepared at its central, 600 square meter kitchen and nearby bakery and butcher shop. Additionally, monthly quality control check-ins are performed at each restaurant, ensuring dish uniformity for the over one million customers already served.
In addition to its restaurant locations, EAT recently launched a customer loyalty card program, online ordering platform and delivery service, and a new shisha café brand. With weekly franchising requests from interested parties in MENA, Europe and Asia, EAT plans to add 26 restaurants in eight countries in a three year expansion plan.
Omar has looked to Endeavor for support in properly financing his growth while also maintaining consistency across multiple brands in diverse countries. He will benefit from an Endeavor advisory board as he restructures EAT’s franchise model and ownership arrangement.
