Federico is co-founder of Njambre, an innovation and co-creation space and the first accelerator for social impact companies in Argentina. He is also an advisor to Globant, director of MoveRSE, a corporate social responsibility NGO, and a member of the board of Endeavor Rosario.

In 2011, Federico co-founded Njambre, a co-working and co-creation space for business entrepreneurs, NGOs, and small companies. In 2012, it evolved into a social impact innovation business accelerator, becoming the first accelerator in Argentina oriented towards identifying, financing, and accompanying the development of innovative social impact companies and their communities. Currently, Njambre operates in the cities of Rosario, Mendoza, and Buenos Aires.
Endeavor selected Federico in 2001 when he was directing Openware, a company dedicated to IT infrastructure, which was acquired by Globant in 2008. This was the first time that two Endeavor entrepreneurs made a buyout deal. Working for Globant, Federico was in charge of the Premier League as well as the Sustainability Infostructure Studio until the end of 2011.

In the past couple of years, he has participated in the co-creation of innovative companies such as Mamagrande, Dotspin, Ourmark, Iyara, and Polisofía.

Federico has been recognized by organizations like Fundación Avina, Inicia, Junior Achievement, and JCI, among others, due to his track record as an entrepreneur and his social leadership. In addition, he worked to promote the movement for CSR in Argentina beginning in 2002.
